The school is located in a small town (1300 inhabitants). There are around 86 students in the school and 10 teachers. The teachers staff main objetive is to improve the linguistic communicative competence. How? Increasing the amount of hours teaching English at Infant Education stage. Why? For two reasons, first because there are studies that tell us that ages form 3 to 6 are the best to learn due to the brain plastraty. Second reason is that pupils can have and advantage to learn a second lenguage, when they start primary education. What? Is the school going to do? The school is going to endow with another english teacher for the amount of hours increased for teaching teaching English. The teacher needs to acquire high degree of competence in English, overall in fluency, pronunciation and so on. Regardin to pedagogical level, the teacher will learn activities are methodologies to be able to carry out in the infant stage, as F.L.T. Using e-twinning as diary are using the school blog, the teacher wil be monitored, showing the results of increasing the hours of teaching English in infant stage. Teh teacher's evaluation will be done by using a diary, writting down the class progress and the development of the class, also with a initial evaluation carried out at the begining of Primary Education.
