To face the social, economic and environmental problems in the cross-border area, the partners want to make eco-construction the spearhead of their development policy, more particularly the project aims at turning the area into a pioneer in social eco-construction. To stimulate the qualitative development of social eco-construction in the cross-border area, the partners provide extensive information on the subject. To also ensure a quantitative offer, they provide sufficient means for the structural development of the sector.
