Project aims at developing concrete regional co-operation networks especially in the themes of business services, regional services and centres of know-how. Co-operation between business advice and service organisations aims at promoting new business contacts with Estonia. In addition to this, a series of training seminars prepare the local and regional administrations, decision-makers and interest groups for operating in the new EU25 and in the evolving operational environment for programming and project work. Target areas: Southern Finland (esp. Päijät-Häme, Itä-Uusimaa, Kymenlaakso and Uusimaa regions) and Estonia (esp. Northeast Estonia)
