As consumers we are considering the effects on our health we consume food "safe food" and us analyze the importance to get some. First, we must not forget the fact that we get food is one of the easiest and most direct factors that affect our health. Therefore, "safe food" supply as consumers we should ignore the extremely serious issue. What are sold openly in our country, unlabeled and is still in demand of unlicensed products, food safety, consumer shows that an adequate level of consciousness yet. Secure / safe food; tailored to all kinds of degradation and consumption of purified factors that caused the contamination, the food has not lost its mind to create the health and nutritional value. The growth of self-control laboratories in business and marketing efforts in producing high quality products of international standards of the food industry consequently increasing the need for trained and qualified personnel. In addition to solving the problems of our country and the food industry has a need for new regulations in the food industry to come to the right place worldwide. Reliable food production is not only an advanced technology with the products produced at the same time is possible with the controls at each stage. All these reasons for reliable food production in the laboratory space with individuals who grew up in the area of food technology are needed bred individuals. Our project by becoming a constituent in food technology and qualified students studying in the field of laboratory services, winning the consumer's trust is intended to contribute to the production of healthy products. In addition, our participants; Provide an advantage in employment in the sector, ensuring their well-trained skilled workers in the field, the development of international mobility in vocational education and training in Europe, in an effort to find the system in the country comparison facilities implemented in the field of food abroad to learn the rules of professional ethics in business, the development of language skills, development of European culture, of our goal to increase their self-confidence. Our project participants; after graduating, we chose to be employed in the food industry and Food Technology Laboratory Services Areas of our students. Our project will take place in three streams. To be 12 students in each course students will be selected a total of 36 participants, our project is comprised of 11th and 12th grade students. In addition to our project, a companion in all flow together with our students and also participate in a group administrator. Our Partners, International Management Development Centre's work was selected by taking into account. Because of this Centre’s studies on employment, Germany, Belgium, Hungary is preferred. Germany experienced in the field SFQS about our project topic (Simsek food quality systems), Belgium from EBB SPRL and Hungary KFT Gasztro-sivarvendeglato, we chose as the host institution. With our projects, our students in abroad; hazards that may occur in food during the production on the field, microbial contamination and hygiene, the health effects of food contamination, food control methods used in production, informational training on laws and regulations for food production areas, food and comes with hazards and precautions, production critical control points and hazards in place analysis, food chain safety, Businesses ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, Quality assurance, covering the topic will find an internship. Apart from this; to develop themselves better recognize and European culture, will be present in activities such as cultural excursions, seminars and trainings. Implementation of a structure having a relatively difficult to raise awareness about the EU food safety legislation and will try our participants to work in the food sector companies will be harmonized with EU legislation, we aim to help them. In addition, our corporate globalization and technological advances in the labor market in order to adapt to the changes caused; considering the needs at the local level, capacity will be developed, service areas and diversification of services offered to the target group will be expanded.
