Project Grow UP! will bring opportinities to grow and to develop competences in directing non-profit organisations and human resource managament. It will be done as a seminar organised in Slovakia with attendance of 28 participants from 7 countries of EU: Slovakia, Czech Republic, Spain, Poland, Norway, Estonia, Romania. The target group is people who already direct non-profit organisations, new coordinators for youth projects and mentors of volunteers in organisations. We expect this seminar to have positive impact on stability, growth and development of organisations whose workers participate. We also expect that partnerships between organisations are going to be built in order to support international cooperation in youth projects, mainly in EVS.
