For the exchange of good practice in teacher training, the role of the Italian organization will be unvaluable given its experience in teacher- training subjects such as burnt-out prevention, emotional intelligence, effective management of information inside and outside the classroom, motivation and teamwork, all of them instruments that contribute to prevention of bullying and exclusion. The Spanish Teacher Training Centre provides, on its side, experience in the implementation of good teaching practice in a school context (work groups and on-site training) These two organizations will combine their work-force in order to provide training tools to the participating teachers, regarding either generic or more specific aspects that will be transferred to the different schools. As for the exchange of good teaching practice, each country and organization/school will facilitate access to teachers and consultants to the most successful and relevant experiences (language acquistion for immigrants and minorities; mediation programs; cyber-bullying prevention; recognised coexistence programs; bullying prevention through KIVA and Arkovas lessons at Espoo (Finland); etchnic and religious minorities integration and immigrant support through welcome classroooms in Volos (Greece) and the applying of mindfulness as well as the PROA accompaniment programs in Motril (Spain).Relevant good practice will be implemented at schools, where an assessment of their impact will be carried out, collecting data and information before, during and after the realization of the mentioned practice.Training experiences will be linked to multiplying events for teachers, students and their families; the purpose and activities of the Erasmus+ funded project will be disseminated and opportunities will be created for the sharing of testimony by victims, Law Enforcement institutions, NGOs and other education professionals involved in this labour. As part of these events, activities will be organized where teachers and families will also be able to share either personally or on-line. At the same time, students will participate through skill-based activities that will target art and language competency (interaction with students from other schools through compilation of testimony in the working language; contests and exhibitions)To assess the project, a quality-and-quantity-based system of values, publicly available, will be utilized. All products (target centered courses, lessons, field studies, presentations, surveys, forms, leaflets and brochures, etc.) will be published under the Creative Commons License.
