The training program shall be carried out due to the school plan 2014-2018 . There are two main goals - to deal with differences and focus on outcomes - in principle focused on the core subject English and mathematics education. It is four years since very broad and intensive work on the professionalism of the staff at the Havo Notre Dame des Anges has been introduced . All job hours, to be devoted to professional development, are effectively utilized too. Outside the boundaries of the school and the region it is supposed to provide new and different opinions on how to get better results recognizing all the differences among pupils. Education in other countries and courses, designed for teachers from different countries, will ensure the possibility to exchange information about dealing with various and different way of teaching - to achieve (in the broad sense of the word something that can be measured by scores as well as in personal development of the students ) to discuss , compare and take into their own teaching practice where possible, everything teachers consider as usefull. A training program planned for English section which is already heavily involved with these issues and will broaden education in English, starting in the school year 2014-2015, is planned. There are four English teachers to take part in it . There is also a program for teaching arithmetic scheduled to facilitate increased demands of the course. There are two teachers of mathematics education wanting to take part in it. There are two teachers of other subjects who have proved to be having a high degree of professionalism already, and who are supposed to share their experiences in a proper way with other colleagues. The total number of participants is 8. The acquired knowledge and skills should be shared with the peers , sections and clusters. There should be items that are useful in everyday practice matching the profile of Havo Notre Dame des Anges and its goals. Training pathways are offered in the form of courses to facilitate contact with participants from different countries. Exchange of information with colleagues from different countries often provides as much profit as the presented theory. The combination of these two forms of learning ensures optimum utilization of time and resources. The goal is to further increase the quality of teaching by inspiration, resulting from international exchanges. Existing professional quality of the staff , which is regarded in many ways as very high by the school head masters will further evolve. This inspiration makes the passionate staff, who pushes its boundaries, to be able to apply the new insights during the lessons, and to act on the goals set out in the school plan.
