The youth exchange Graffiti 4 NoHate is multilateral project involving 38 young people from 6 countries-Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey,Spain, Estonia and Macedonia. The profile of the participants is young people between 16 and 26 years old with different cultures, religions, ethnics, social and economical background and young people facing geographical and financial difficulties. The project will be held between 01.10.2016 and 10.10.2016 in Pompei, Italy. The main aims of the exchange are:-Helping young people understand better what hate speech is and that it can actually lead to hate crime and other sequences -Informing young people how to efficiently fight against hate speech in non violent way -Presenting graffiti as a effective way to combat hate speech-Informing young people about NO HATE SPEECH MOVEMENT -Stimulating the active position of young people towards hate by becoming activists against hate speech. -Promoting tolerance, mutual understanding and dialogue between young people from different nationalities. The participants will learn what is hate speech trough sharing experiences and knowledge, how to combat it in a non violent way trough graffiti and will become more aware of the real situation and how to become activists in the field of NO hate. They will organize a public action to inform the local community about the problem with hate speech and will leave a graffiti message to show that it can be efficiently used to combat hate speech. As a project`s outcomes there will be a short video and a newspaper which will promote NO hate speech campaign, the idea of peaceful way to combat hatred trough graffiti, the program Erasmus+ and the project itself.
