The purpose of the project is to establish a tool to make a feasibility asssessment of trafic investments and trafic improvements in the region. The tool will be a PC-based goods trafic model. Such a pc tool can be used for a number of purposes and will be very valuable for the decision making process when it comes to large trafic investments. The different calculations must to a large degree be based on already existing data and statistics.The project will gather most of the trafic related actors in the region in the steering group of the project and they will be able to influence the development and the outcome of the project.
