This project will have made by headmaster of Dedeler primary school and ITC International TEFL from France. 4 persons will have mobility with this project. The participants will be among those who work in our school’s teachers and managers. The participants must be educators who have worked about different special needs students. These educators make actively education of join together, private education and workings of guiding. We start to develop their education situation with expression of ‘every people are private’, similarities and differences with individual education in the educational systeme. We support students' education with shadow teacher. Our slogan is "shadow teacher on the work" and we support to educate shadow teachers. During the Project, we will educate teachers and managers who made minimum theoretic, maximum practical and come backs from students. The students need supplement lesson or private education; besides similarities and differences with common education process. We will develop their skills with helping of their teachers, experts, mothers, fathers; on the other hand we will develop our social life, education systeme. This is like a circle of chain. The success of a student who has functional handicaps depends on cooperation between teacher and families. The family of these students should be educated on how to behave their child and give them extra lesson for improving their behaviours in Turkey. We will accomplish raising of staff who are in need of in-service training with this project. The staff who is educated exceptional use modern, developed programme and methods for respond to their necessities. They use different special places and technique for all students. Because they know all student need different places and methods for education. Our goals are developing their skills and make the best for them. We use the most useful tools and equipments for raising their capacity and they can use their maximum capacity by themselves. Also expectation of society from them like role, responsibilities depend on their education. If we give them convent and special education, they can play social life role in their life. We cross out under the educated people situtation because they play the most important role for development of a country. Nowadays developments of countries and European Union depends on to become current. We live in countries without borders. The world is getting smaller and smaller. We want to acquire a new education system, new methods and new views. They can produce new ideas, solving problems on their own. They aren’t stagnant. They are always current.
