> CONTEXT/BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT - RATIONALE The G&L initiative (www.goandlearn.eu) has proved to be of great interest for participants as well as hosting companies and public bodies sponsoring them. In Italy G&L agencies and workgroups have been set up in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Metropolitan area of Bologna, Umbria, Marche; in the EU, agencies have been set up in Belgium (East Flanders), Germany (Constance Lake), Poland (Gdanz region), Hungary, Slovakia , Slovenja, Turkey. The Agencies/Workgroups organize G&L study visits for both local customers (local catalogue) and foreign groups ((international catalogue). It is now very important to expand the G&L network to new european countries as well as new italian regions/provinces, to enhance the attractiveness of the offered training visits and increasing the number of potential users of this innovative learning and guidance tool. The highest will be the number of companies involved, the highest will be the possibility to effectively use this non formal training units in order to kwow the Companies directly "from the inside". The network expansion requires a capillary work of creation of new G&L agencies/workgroups able to create the new G&L catalogues of local seminars and, afterwards, a proposal of international "circuits". The project fully targets different EU priorities: enhance training role of companies, foster local and international mobility of and workers, promote the innovation of guidance and teaching methods, stenghten the links between Education and Labor Market > OBJECTIVES The project can be considered a transfer of innovative training and guidance practices aimed to: - expand the existing G&L offer of local seminars and international circuits to foster local, interregional and international mobility - to promote the innovative training units of G&L frame to promote professional training and career guidance - integrate the existing website pages (companies, seminars) with mini-videos > PARTICIPANTS (TARGET GROUP) The G&L catalogues' target group is made by: students, workers, trainers and teachers, unemployed people. During G&L piloting no less than 150 people will try the training units of local catalogues. Subject interested in promoting/participating to catalogues: Business Companies, Public Bodies (Schools, Universities), Training Agencies, Social Parts, Local Development, or Job centers or Career guidance centers. > PROJECT ACTIVITIES/INTELLECTUAL OUTPUTS 4 intellectual output will be realized: iO1 NEW LOCAL AGENCIES GO&LEARN iO2 LOCAL CATALOGUES & IN-COMPANY VISITS 'PILOTING IO3 GO&LEARN INTERNATIONAL CIRCUITS iO4 PROMOTIONAL MINIVIDEO- COMPANY VISIT's TRAILERS. > PROJECT STRUCTURE AND IMPLEMENTATION The project, lasting 2 years, is developed in 3 main phases. 1. The first one, in the first year, is dedicated to the SETTING of the instrument and TUNING of product lines: - NEW LOCAL AGENCIES GO&LEARN - LOCAL CATALOGUES. 2. The second one is the IMPLEMENTATION & PILOTING. The main activity is the realization of piloting in-company visits in each territory. It will last 1 school-year and will end with the processing of participants' feedbacks and the validation of the experience. Local catalogues will be implemented and INTERNATIONAL CIRCUITS and TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SHEET FOR "PROMOTIONAL MINI-VIDEO" will be approved. 3. The third one is the VALORIZATION & PRODUCTS DISSEMINATION phase. The phase opens with the Marseille Meeting and ends with the final conference of Milan. During this phase the dissemination activities will be planned and local workshops will be realized in each territory. All products will be available in a digital format on the project website.
