This project comes as a continuation of AEA development strategy as a quality educational institution at European and international level. This strategy has been implemented through active participation in European mobility programs. Thus, it became necessary to implement a new complementary project to the strategy in place in the area of Vocational Education. In this project are included various areas and participants for mobility:Vocational Course - June 2017 - POLAND (1 accompanying and 2 Staff):                                   - Support for Family and Community (9 students);                                   - Environmental Resources (6 students).Professional courses:                                   - March 2017 and March 2018 - FINLAND: Sport (30 students -15 + 15) and two accompanying teachers.                                   - May 2017 - Romania (2 accompanying and 2 staff):                                      - Tourism (10 students);                                      - Trade (10 students);                                   - May 2018 - POLAND (2 accompanying and 2 staff):                                      - Hardware (9 students);                                      - Health Assistant (7 students).                                  The objective of this project for TRAINEES mobility will contribute to the acquisition of skills related to the practice of their training area, with the development of hard and soft skills, and social and human skills essential to the practice of their role in together with language skills. These European experiences will enable our students to achieve one of their professional internships in Europe which will be a unique experience that will value your resume and your professional experience.With regard to this STAFF mobility project aims to contribute to the development of methodologies and teaching tools, appropriate for the area of training and education as well as language skills, social and human-related education. At the individual level, contact with other realities and with the observation of good practices from other countries, will allow an increase in their learning as teachers. This project will be a training opportunity for development throughout life increasingly essential tool in the career of each teacher.Mobility activities of trainees and staff present in this project will contribute to the European and international dimension of the SAA. Within the European context, these mobilities will contribute to the expansion of citizenship and European awareness. In this sense, the mobility activities will contribute to increasing the motivation of the students, the staff and the wider educational community.At the strategic level, European good practices learned during the mobility (both trainees and staff) will be implemented in the EEA and disseminated in the educational community at local, national and international, through the different ways / platforms that the grouping has for this purpose (website, email, facebook and e-Twinning).In this sense, the results of mobility contribute to the development of the European Development Strategic Plan, the Education Project of the SAA and the skills of trainees and staff. Also the image of Alcochete Schools Grouping and Portugal will be recorded in the different host countries and enable a future exchange of enriching experiences for each European country and especially for our group, teachers and students.
