==>Objectives linked to the Program :- To raise consciousness and leadership skills among social workers and associations regarding gender-based violence and immigration by promoting the employability and enterprises of women.- To improve key skills such as an entrepreneurial spirit in young people, including young female victims of violence of immigration issues.- To promote participation in democratic processes in Europe and in the workplace through the social integration and acquisition of new skills. - To improve the quality of socio-educational leadership, notably by reinforcing cooperation between organizations involved in the youth sector. - To reinforce the international dimension of projects, notably by promoting mobility and the exchange of good practices. This project its objectives and its activities is in line with the Europen strategy 2020 which its aim is to promote and strenghten equity and equality among all its citizens.
