The project is a five-day visit in Denmark where an exchange of knowledge, methods and experiences and good practices, which target is the improvement of the quality of life and support of people with autism, will take place.The seven participants who will visit Aarhus will have experience and direct involvement in the field of disabilityThe visit will contain:> Day centers for persons in the disability spectrum> Special schools for students in the autistic spectrum> Inclusion of persons with mental disabilities in work and education> Related Legislation and good practices.>Supported living services>Workshops for people with intellectual disabilities> Counseling and support services for familiesThis project will give the opportunity to people who work with youngsters with disability to exchange knowledge, experience and knowhow in this field with people from other European countries and to be trained in new methods which they wil use in order to achieve a better social inclusion of young people with autism. The professional evolution, crossborder cooperations and the modernization of the pedagogical methods in the field of autism will consist the main results of the project.
