Gıda Kontrolü ve Üretim Kalitesinin Entegrasyonu

This is an Erasmus+ Leonardo da Vinci Student Mobility for Vocational Training Project. Our project institution is Antalya OSB Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi, Total 28 participants are from our schools Food Technology. Our hosting partner organizations which are qualified Food Technology Education institutes are Institute Escola Del Treball ve Pruni Soukroma Hotelova Skola. First group of 14 participants will travel to Institute Escola Del Treball and second group of 14 participants to Pruni Soukroma Hotelova Skola.The topic of our Project is “Integration of Food Control and Production Quality”. The vocational training will be performed by the experts with the help of high-tech instruments in the partner organizations, for 15 workdays. The training will be supported by theoretical information but predominantly practical.Our participants will take a quality training we can not offer because of the lack of equipments and lack of personnel qualified on these topics. Participants will gain competence on the applications of the standards ISO 22000 and ISO 22001. The participants will have great employment opportunities thanks to the competence and certificates they will obtain.After the mobility activity, participants will transfer the knowledge they obtained to the Food Technology teachers of their schools. Then, The Food Technology teachers of our schools will work together in order to create an education module on “Integration of Food Control and Production Quality”. The module will be used as an informational source on the educations of our schools, therefore, the acquisitions of our Project will reach all Food Technology students of our schools and will be continuous.The Project will be executed by the Project Execution Council of Antalya OSB Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi. Thanks to the dissemination activities, our module will be promoted, other food technology education institutions will be encouraged to use our module and the food sector of Turkey will be encouraged to develop.If our Project achieves its goals, Turkey’s food sector will increase its development rate, the personnel who is competent on HACCP System, as it is integrated into ISO 9001:2000 by the help of ISO 22001 and contained in the scope of ISO 22000, will be educated across Turkey, the latest food control processes will be qualified across the country and the HACCP system which is in very early stages in Turkey will be accelerated, extended and improved.
