This project is carried out across three countries: the UK, Spain and Bulgaria. University linguistic faculties will work together with real estate associations and practitioners with the overarching aim of providing language training at various locally relevant stages of proficiency specifically for the real estate industry. The target group is real estate employers and employees. The main activities are: to develop a teaching material in English, Spanish and Bulgarian at all levels for the target group mentioned; to develop a tri-lingual lexicon / dictionary; to develop a pilot training course; to develop a certification within the countries and finally to develop this into a European level certification.
