With that kind of stay, the teachere shall improve their skills in foreign languages in order to be competent in teaching their subjects at school in German and English bilingually. Furthermore it is very important for teacher of History and Geography to get local experiences, which he can then include into his teaching. Getting to know Maltese or Irish culture, history and economic development would enrich their prospective educational repertoire. As an educational-development-trainer they are always interested in the latest pedagogical concepts and could act as a multiplicator for their colleagues at school.
