Genetically modified organisms and youth health

"Genetically modified organisms and youth health" is a youth exchange organized by "Serund Pan-Armenian Youth Center". The project objective is to broaden the participants knowledge of the origin of GMO, of ups and downs of food containing GMO, possibilities and merits of labeling that food, the health effects of GMO, to motivate and promote active and healthy lifestyle of the participants. The training sessions will take place in Armenia. The target group is formed of 40 youth workers, trainers, youth leaders from 8 countries: Armenia, Hungary, Greece, Ukraine, Georgia, Bulgaria, Italy, Cyprus.The aims of the project are:1.to provide with knowledge of the food containing GMO 2.to present the ups and downs about labeling GMO 3.to develop the practical skills of the participants, and to provide them with tools and modes for keeping to healthy lifestyle 4.to show the importance of observance for making choices in any aspect of your life
