The Générateur, multidisciplinary cultural and artistic organisation based in Gentilly in the peripheral neighbourhoods of Paris, dedicates itself to all the contemporary expressions, in particular performing arts and visual arts. The Générateur believes in the importance of life-long learning and develops a larg number of informal education projects for adults in the artistic field in order to improve the adults skills : participative live performance, collective interpretation of musical and verbal partition, collection time and registrations of inhabitants words and testimonials, collective writing workshop, visual arts and video worskshop resulting in art and sound installations and exhibitions… In the framework of its internationalisation strategy, the Générateur wishes to improve the educational projects for adults in Europe thanks to the reinforcement of dialogue and exchanges between the different players of the sector. In order to achieve this, the organisation must widen the skills of its administrative and artistique staff in various areas : linguistic, organizational, analytical by the implementation of the following mobility project G >TaM TaB. This mobility programme which take the form of 5 observation training, four days each, around educational projects for adults. It wil take place in cooperation with five complementary cultural organisations from the point of view of the pedagological approaches. 1. Stanica Cultural Center / SLOVAKIA Specificity : innovative and inclusive projects implemented in atypical life and outdoor spaces with the inhabitants 2. Tallinn Creative Hub / ESTONIA Specificity : use of numeric arts and new technologies co-designed with the research and developement sector 3. Teatr A Part / POLAND Specificity : liberate the voice and individual expression, appropriate a poetical writing through artistic and physical technics. 4. MAAT Project Theatre / POLAND Specificity : work with excluded people and minorities through strong and inclusive social thematics 5. Kapelica Gallery / SLOVENIA Specificity : focus on ownership and access of complexe and contemporary art forms through incubators’ work At the end of the project, the Générateur’s staff will be more efficient in the implementing of qualitative educational projects on a specific territory knowing better how to evaluate the needs of adults and how to measure the impacts. On a long term, end through the exchanges and sharing of practices with the partner organizations, the project G >TaM TaB will develop the stimulation and desire to appropriate new educative practices, develop the pedagological cultural offer for adults, more innovative and inclusive, reinforce the social cohesion on a European scale.
