Start date: Jan 1, 2015, End date: Apr 30, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

During the seminar among the partners the participants got to know each other, likewise the institutions with their tasks and aims. The focus was on the possibilities and the effect of Non Formal Learning for acquiring professional skills that can be applied in the world of emplyment. The five organisations are all working in the field of the professional education and they come from Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, and Palestine. These institutions are interested in a common or bilateral cooperation. Contracts of partnership were signed for the development and the realisation of common projects. Aim of the project is to decrease the early school leaving and to increase the carrer entry's chances through the use of Non Formal Methods. A deadline was also arranged. Papers, presentations and visits were part of the Seminar's execution. Group works, Worlcafé and workshops were the used methods. As part of the public relations there was a reception at the mayor of Jena and a radio-project was carried on at the regional Radio station. For this Non Formal learning methods were used. The collaboration of the partners was agreed for over two years. An evaluation of the planned and executed projects is provided.
