Our school is a very small school that is located in Hisarcık province and it is a multi-programmed high school. We are unable to lead our students to activities that will improve their vocational skills. The school has to offer internship programs they are really limited and almost displays no quality to the students. Especially finance and child development branches chances for internship is very limited. The students cannot observe innovative application here. The students also have to improve their skills in foreign language and improve chances of dialogs with other cultures. According to schools mission and vision the students should build up capacities in vocational and cultural skills at the same time. One of major targets is training well qualified labor force to the sector. We tried to identify the number of the students depending on their interests and volunteers. “VocationalTraining in Europe for Development” is the title to our schools project, which is Hisarcık Multi-programmed Vocational High School. Our foreign partners are IES VIRGEN DE LOS REYES vocational school in Sevilla, Spain and Qualo training & mobility, s.r.o. organization in Czech Republic. 14 students from accounting and finance departments and 1 accompanying teacher will do the first visit on 14-27 March 2016. 12 students from Child development Department and one teacher along with them will visit Czech Republic on 2 15 May 2016. We will pay special attention to keep the number of students equal for both of the genders. The selection criteria have also been identified. The students attending the first visit will improve themselves on “Enterprise and Marketing management”. The students will master on MS office programs and they will also master the fields of accounting subjects where there are problems in Turkey. The students will have complete control over accounting software and they will have the opportunity to observe other European teachers and students. The second visit trainings will be about “Effective Drama techniques and game in child development”. Our students from child development department will have the opportunity to improve their creativity on the innovative approaches to drama and it is very vital in Child development. The students will also observe a field of study which is barely developing here. Along with the academic curriculum, the students will also do some cultural activities in European culture and its historical sites. This will help to raise students awareness on other cultures and improve dialog between Turks and European citizens. Our project could participate in cultural excursions and increase the scope of their students on weekends cultural and linguistic interaction with Europe. So that our students have professional, personal, is aimed at the provision of professional and cultural development. Our students learn within their departments will participate on behalf of various techniques that make a difference in the educational system in our country and in our field and are expected to be sought elements. Our projects in the sector of our country, its relations with Europe, our school curriculum in the long term, we expect to provide their positive contributions.
