In order for Turkey to be able to reach the targets that determined for 2023, there is a difficult mission and target which should be achieved by the software sector. These targets necessitate the software sector not to develop in years, but to leap forward - after all these are put into practice, it will be possible to produce much more home-grown software and to export them considering the potency of building modernist projects with our young and active population, and considering that Turkey is a country which will be able to preferred for outsourcing thanks to its geographical position and cultural harmony and that our country follows the technological developments closely with its 65 millions of gsm users and 50 millions of internet users. The primary condition for us to be the world leader in the software sector is to raise specialists who are innovative, reliable in accordance with standarts, producing and using new technology and satisfying the global needs. This project will promote the European networkss to be able to form and develop, and these nets will provide an opportunity for transferring and sharing information and field engineering (know-how) In different areas relating sports activities as well as a collaboration between partners this reinforced collaboration will provide considerably positive effects upon the development of man power potency by assisting the social and economical cost of the physical immobility in Europe to be reduced. Participants are expected to perform the vocational training – education which they have in our school, and to use them in the labour market in European schools and profession organisations, and to transfer this experience to their own institutions. Depending upon this, it is targeted to encourage the collaboration with Europe and to adopt some concepts as innovativeness, quality and being European in the direction of the mobility programme of Leonardo Da Vinci and the national goals. Our primary target is to raise individuals who have the sufficiency which the musts of the market demand. This project has been prepared for contributing the promotion of our country by introducing our country and our culture as well as our school to the foreign countries and also for improving the vocational foreign language of the children and achieving a cooperation between the vocational education and the industry. We will have two visits for a period of four weeks between May 1-31 to Portugal with 10 students and two accompanying teachers at the result of the interviews we had with the ETIC(Escola Técnica de Imagem e Comunicação Aplicada) and July1-31 to Czech Republic with 10 students and two accompanying teachers at the result of the interviews we had with the Technical school of Czech Budejovice.”
