Start date: Jan 20, 2016, End date: Oct 19, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

GAZTETALK is a project promoted by Bilbao City Council and, specifically, its Youth Department. The project is aimed at debating about youth policies from a cross point of view that enables policy makers, young people and other stakeholders to the decision making process. The project is part of a wider workplan in order to strengthen and innovate in this field from a double approach; on the one hand, one's life project (personal emancipation). On the other, collectiva citizenship (your city and you). Both these topics shape the integrated approach that raises from individual situation and leads, through shared experiencias, to the upcoming friendly, smart and sustainable cities. The main goal of the project is to provide a working, exchange and participation exchange that allows stakeholders to move on to a socially innovative and more human-based scenario according to the Erasmus +, KA3 and Structured Dialogue objectives. The project focuses on two seminars to be held in Bilbao in April and October 2016 -each of them will take 3 days-.A) GAZTE TALK. GAZTE PROJECT. Focused on personal emancipation and mainliy on employment, employability and entrepreneurship. B) GAZTE TALK. GAZTE CITY. Focused on values, identity, participation and social construction. These actions will be completed a) outwards, by communication and dissemination actions, b) inwards, by a managament plan, follow-up and quality plan. The support model is based in an active, individual and collective and personalised and flexible methodology which mixes up theoretical aspects with more dynamic ones, by developing innovative, creative and emotional methodologies, such as LEGO Serious Play, Focus Group, Storytelling, Open Space. The direct impact lies in the younr people and policiy makers taking part in the project. The indirect impact will reach sorrounding people, public authorities, linked stkaholders and citizens. Finally, GAZTETALK intends to be a milestone of a transnational process that underlines transferibility and replicability of successful experiences and good practices carried out in other Member States.
