Our school is facing the difficult task of adapting to modern society and contuniung to move forward with the times. Traditional practices have to be adapted. New development processes must be found! To achieve new dimensions and to open professional perspectives, it is important to take part in this particular training as it addresses the various aspects of school management such as health management, improvement of teaching, staff development etc. Participation will greatly benefit the school. The participant is part of the extended school administration and we could gain a lot from the new concepts, ideas and insights dealt with in this special training. Pedagogical leaders need to respond to growing challenges such as improvement of teaching or quality management. That's why it's important to initiate development processes and peojects. Qualitative high-graded possibilities of further education could therefore be of great advantage. Through her academic studies, the participant can reflect her theoretically based practical acting and as a result she can build and form her daily working routine more effective.It is necessary to look at international school models and to use these for development. The neighboring country of Germany has intensive experience in this area and has already implemented several models. New findings that emerge from this project, should specifically be applied in everyday school life.The participating teacher has all the necessary qualifications and linguistic resources in order to participate in this project.She is committed to promote the European idea to her colleagues, to her students and also to the DAPF, the "Deutsche Akademie für pädagogische Führungskräfte". She is ready to explain and outline the program to the German Academy that doesn't have any experience with the Erasmus + program so far. The pedagogical principles of our school are, among others, based on cultural openness and support all sorts of projects in EU member countries. It is important to convince all the participating parties that Europe is open to exchanges across country borders!
