From the Past to the Present project, is developed by ADPM - Associação de Defesa do Património de Mértola and its main activity, is promote and development a youth exchange, with youngs between 18 and 30 years old, between 14 and 20 of April of 2015. This exchange aims is to provide moments of sharing, learning, socializing and interaction among young people participating in this activity, with representatives from Portugal and Spain. Will be 24 young, female and male gender, being accompanied by 4 leaders. Will be 28 persons as total. This exchange lasts 7 days and is the development of non-formal learning activities and informal, such as workshop's cultural visits, exchange and sharing of experiments for sensitivity to the preservation and conservation of archeology, as well as knowledge of past and present culture and heritage of a village in the interior of the Alentejo plains and in general. In terms of objectives-aims is to promote and stimulate the taste for archeology, as well as develop a network of partnerships in the area of archeology, related volunteer opportunities and paid work, through the promotion of archeology and history.
