Project ?From the ground up? is an youth exchange in the frame of Erasmus+ Programme, organized by the Foundation of European Initiatives in Silesia. Main theme of the project is entrepreneurship of youth. In the project will take part participants in 14-17 aged, that came from two European countries: Poland and Ukraine (together with their teacher ? 35 people). Project will be held in polish mountains in the Autumn of 2015. During nine working days participants will take part in several activities, during which they will learn how to: make a professional CV, set up a business, prepare for an interview, use IT skills in business, promote a company, work in a team and manage a firm in general. They will work in intercultural groups to gain more self-confidence and to learn professional cooperation. All activities will be organize by using methods of informal education. As a result of the project participants will design a game, that will promote of entrepreneurship among youth.
