Project "From Shelf to Life" connecting estonian and swedish young who are interested to learn more about home-culture and cultures from neaberhood.Objectives: - Increase awareness of cultural backgrounds of young people- Cultivate activity and courage- Increase young people's thirst for knowledge- Experience of management- Provide experience of co-operation- cultivate a sense of European citizenshipParticipants: 12 young and 2 leaders from Sweden and 15 young and 2 leaders from Estonia. Total together 27 young and 4 leaders.Place: Tartu, Tartu county/ Mõniste, Võru county, EstoniaAtivities: lessons, discussions, workshops, visiting old people who has connection with different art, working-experience in Estonian Literature Museum (Eesti Kirjandumuuseum) archives, creating network and homepage to shear information and materials, lerning new skills, using nonformal methods for studing. All activities is carried by knowledge of our cultural differencies and similarities and music.
