Our exchange is implemented by a group of 40 people from Sweden and Poland. We are mostly students but some of us work professionally. We are bridged by the same denomiation- we all belong to Lutheran church. On daily basis, we are actively working locally as volunteers. This project is an answer to our needs: willingness to deepen our knowledge about diversity, acquiring new skills including different groupes and inspiration for interesting projects. The title of the project F.I.C.A - Friendship-Integration-Communication-Acceptance refelcts well our objectives. Our objectives are: better understanding of mulicultural dialogue, getting new experiances in realisation of similar projects as well as stimulation active participation of young people in their local communities. The activities are based in the context of non-formal education and embody workshops, games, teamwork and organization of "The Open Day". We base our activities on materials recommanded by Erasmus+ and our National Agencies. The project affects its participants but we believe it is a part of a huge proces of integration and dilogue which we are witnessing in the whole Europe.
