Nine young people with different kind of backgrounds and life situations and two leader per country will participate in a nine day long exchange. Finland is hosting and Slovenia, Malta and Ireland will participate actively. This exchange aims to provide young people with a framework for healthy lifestyle by focusing on the benefits of participating in outdoor activities and of choosing healthy food. To also make good choices for the climate in our everyday life will be one of the main aspects for this exchange. The programme is a combination of practical activities where young people work in teams trying out different sports and "close to nature"-activities complemented with a number of workshops centred on the advantages of sport and healthy food, sustainable development, and how our everyday decisions affects the air we breathe. The project also allows each country group of participants to make a presentation on their countries culture and history. The emphasis of the programme is to build self esteem, acceptance of other people, open our minds, learn about other cultures and value different countries. Through challenges in outdoor activities we can compare our lives and the situations we live in. Through fresh thinking of our climate and the world we live in we can stull breath fresh air in the future.
