The four volunteers will come from Programme Countries: Portugal, Germany and Spain. The activities are designed and adapted to the age of the children, because they discover the world and learn by playing. The children will be more prepared to face the challenges of everyday life, the volunteers will have more chance to be employed, and the partner institutions will acquire experience in international collaboration. As potential longer term benefits these children participating in the project will have a better chance to integrate into the Romanian society as equal citizens, the volunteers will know another culture, language and this will increase their chance for a better living, and they will become self-aware European citizens, and the partner institutions will enhance Information and Communication Technologies, will develop better collaboration and innovative non-formal learning techniques.
