Due to the fact that life-long learning is very important, the Franciscan's highschool is anxious to offer the possibility to its staff to improve their skills and continue their education. The aim of this project is an advancement and quality enhancement in the area of language teaching, in which Mrs. Reinthaler has already been working as an Italian teacher since 2002.Therefore, Mrs. Reinthaler would like to attend a training course for Italian teachers at the institution "Istituto di Lingua e Cultura Italiana Porta d'Oriente" in Otranto (Italy). This 2-weeks-course contains 4 modules including linguistic, cultural and didactic components. (Details are to be taken from the course programme: "programma insegnanti 2016" - also in English)Based on the general set up and context of the above-mentioned training course, Mrs. Reinthaler gets the chance of social networking and international exchange of experiences .Because of these varied inputs and experiences it can be expected that the already existing knowledge and abilities of Mrs. Reinthaler will develop and increase. Mrs Reinthaler will transfer the acquired knowledge and materials not only to the pupils in her lessons, but also to her colleagues. Moreover, a long-term profit for the school will be given.
