The project concerns a professor of Spanish avid to do a continuous training course to perfect its teaching methods and reactivate its language skills, essential initiative to preserve a quality teaching, in a rich and current language, with modern and innovative methods. It is an individual project which will take place in Spain. It is a question of doing a training course dispensed by a school person receiving benefits located in Málaga, in Andalusia. This training takes place on a duration of two weeks in the form of course and workshops. These activities have three axes: - The linguistic improvement of the professors of Spanish as a foreign language ( ele ) - The didactics or how to implement new educational practices in class of Spanish - The acquisition of professional knowledge and a lexicon adapted to the domains of the hotel business and the Restoration The wanted training course takes place in the presence of others professors of Spanish of diverse European countries, it will also be a question of developing the collaboration and the harmonization between the various European actors. This training will have an obvious impact in quality term of teaching on the students. It will have consequently an impact on the establishment and the success of the pupils. The possible partners found on the spot will have as for them effects on the vocational training of the pupils and the students in Hotel business the Restoration: trainees' welcome(reception), correspondences, exchanges... Finally this action joins in the European policy of openness of the establishment which due to its speciality (the training in hotel and restaurant businesses) owes guarantee to the learners a quality of training(formation) which integrates the linguistic performances, the interpersonal skills with an international clientele and the international mobility.
