Context Society today is characterized by a constant change. The student is not just a simple receiver of information. He must capitalize this information, which will be visible in his/her professional career that he/she has chosen and which he/she will practice. Students have to be trained to cope with a dynamic society that always offers professional challenges without "boundaries" or language barriers. Students have been making decisions about their future since they start school. They always need, regardless of age or the moment of their life, capable and experienced people that can help them make the best choices about their careers, as there is a correlation between knowledge, skills, their available capacities, desires (aspirations) and the labor market (supply and demand). Within the project "Training and development of professional skills of future nurses to integrate into European labor market “ a total of 30 students in the 2nd year and 3rd year, the general nurse specialization ,will perform an internship of 5 weeks in three residences for seniors within the organization MedikoPflege und GesundheitszentrenGmbH in Germany in the period 04.06.2016 - 23.07.2016. After going through this internship, students will develop specific skills contained in the 8 modules covered in the curriculum approved by OMECT 2713 / 29.11.2007. The project goal is to provide a qualified and quality education in the field of nursing that allows the transit from school to work. The objectives of this project are: 1.To improve and develop skills and practical skills in residences for seniors according to European standards; 2. To use of modern health technology and medical care; 3.To develop language skills through communication and inter relationship with patients and the care team in residence for seniors; 4. Achieving a correct attitude towards work, patients, their relatives, care team; 5. Increasing self-confidence in their own possibilities to access a job in the European space; 6.Enreaching their knowledge of culture, geography and history which will allow the adaptation and integration within the practical training venue and the local community. Conducting practical training in Mediko-Germany residences will have a positive impact on both the participants and the Charles Laugier Collage. The results of the participants in this internship will reflect their professionalism, adapting easily to European standards, confirming the quality of the educational process in our school unit. Dissemination and valorization plan of the results of the project aim at promoting the European values of the project as well as new learning methods in healthcare. The project will offer the possibility that the benefits gained by the participant to be made known in school and at locally, regionally, nationally and internationally level.
