FORMARE PROFESIONALA IN CONTEXT EUROPEAN PENTRU PREZENT SI VIITOR.

The mobility project entitled "Training in the european context for the present and the Future.", is initiated by The Banatean High School of Otelu Rosu (LBOR), which is also the beneficiary. The project takes place within three streams, as follows: - Stream 1-16 students, class X-a, mechanics, of which 8 upper secondary education, NQF 3 qualification : mechanic in assembly and industrial maintenance and repair , and 8 students specialized in hot processing in training classes for a period of 3 years. Shall be satisfied in the units of the CKP-Wroclaw-Poland during 06.03.-24.03.2017.- Stream 2-24 students, class X-a, the field of electromechanics, NQF 3, qualification: electro-mechanics. Shall be satisfied in the units of internship to Portugal-Lisbon-CENFIM, 24.04.-12.05.2017.- Stream 3-22 students, class XI, tourism, job specialization gastronomy. The project will be developed within the company Lisbon, Sabor Mineiro-partner of Alcochete Agrupamento de Escolas training school, Portugal, 15.05-02.06.2017.The project envisages the development of a trainng program through work.The reason for this choice is that due to the economic crisis, lack of jobs locally and the migration of graduates on te labour market at regional, national and european level, where the criteria for hiring a professional practical training is addressed to European standards, which our unit is not able to provide due to the absence of a database materials aligned to the modern technologies usedby today`s economy and lack of active partnerships with potential local employers, our school was oriented towards the development of the European dimension in vocational training, through concluding partnerships with the education units, training centres and companies of the EU, to provide conditions of trainng at the standards required of our students, so that to increase the chances of integration on the labour market and to be considered equal in training with their peers from the European space.We believe that a collaboration with external partners from the EU would be beneficial to obtain professional skills required for students of the three areas of training, taking into account modern technologies and related facilities that they have.The project ensures the consolidation on a European standard, level of competencies and professional skills that are transferable for pupils, in order to ensure their integration on the labour market through the completion of the program and themes from CDL and the specialized curriculum.By carrying out this project the beneficiaries is offered the opportunity to improve them selves in related areas too, and understanding the entrepreneurial culture through knowledge of the activities and organization of the workplace where the internship is carried out and also have the opportunity to adapt to the demands of the European space.The project has the objectives of: O1. Improving of competence, professional knowledge and skills relevant and transferable to youths in initial training, at the level of EU standards, according to the SPP, valid on the local, national and European level, through transnational student mobility for learning purposes, in order to accomplish the transition from school to work.Result: Personal development, enhancing the prospects of career and increasing labour market related to employment process: 16 students/mechanical, 24/electromechanical, 22/tourism and catering.O2. Accommodating whith future requirements of a job and the opportunity to gain practical experience recognized through ECVET tools, in order to improve competitive advantages necessary to transition from school to work on a European labour market, located in a " continuous progress, to facilitate more rapid integration afterwards.Result: EU-wide recognition of competences, abilities and skills acquired through training and acquired skills through continuous vocational training in a real work environment aligned to the highest quality standards in order to ensure equal opportunities in employment, in the European market.O3. Promoting personal development through transnational work enrollment.Result: The development of language , intercultural and cross skills needed in a society of knowledge.O4. Development of partnerships with European institutions and companies to contribute to the formation of a work force adapted to an inclusive labour market.Result: Opening of The Banatean High School of Otelu Rosu towards partnerships with institutions abroad, as a way to use the opportunities offered by the EU.
