Increasing the quality and efficiency of education and training, which is a strategic goal of education in Europe (ET2020) and the need to prepare the workforce with professional skills required by the labor market in health is one of the major objectives of the School sanitary college Christiana Craiova . The degree of insertion of school graduates in the labor market is small, it does not have practical skills required by the labor market and not sufficiently prepared to integrate into diverse cultural, linguistic and social Europe. Creating strategic partnerships with medical units in Europe and expanding mobility opportunities for training can make education more attractive to the pupils, helping them, to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies that will make them more prepared and more competitive European labor market. The project "European training for better integration of nurses in the labor market" increase the quality in education and training nurses to become better able to integrate on the national and European labor, responding to training needs identified both school level and at local and regional level, to train manpower in health care quality, well-trained professional skills required by the labor market in this field. Participants in the project were 50 students, 25 students in the first year and 25 students in the second year, the School Postliceala Health Christiana, who are in the initial training (IVT), qualification of general nurses who have completed a training placement European in the period 22 April to 26 May and 8 July to 11 August 2015, in the healthcare Fondazione Padre Alberto Mileno Onlus in Vasto, Italy. During the 5 weeks (150 hours) foster the training, participants have formed and improved specific skills modules: The human beings and nursing, Nursing and investigations techniques and Drug administration - the first year, and Orthopaedics-Traumatology and nursing specific Surgery general and specific nursing and nephrology, urology and renal disease Nursing - Year II, which provided clinical training, according to the curriculum in force, qualification general nurse. Professional skills of the participants were assessed on the basis of practical tests by tutors and recorded in the Europass Mobility. They were recognized as acquired by Christiana Health Postliceala School students were rated the clinical stage of professional training modules those receiving loans associated with these modules. At the end of the training placement, the 50 participants improved their professional skills specific to these modules, with skills and new skills, which will further transition easier participants from school to work. They have in-depth knowledge and practical skills developed in the field of nursing and medical skills to use advanced technologies. The 50 student interns have acquired new skills and communication skills in Italian language, social and cultural experience, got acquainted with European values. Experience working in a European health unit and skills to use advanced medical technologies has opened new opportunities for participants to work on the European labor market in healthcare. Working in a multicultural team, familiarity with European values, enriching the language skills and cultural communication, practicing professional communication in a multicultural team and with patients from other cultures, social experience and culture in a European country will make those 50 participants better prepared to work, to integrate in different cultural contexts and actively participate in society. The project contributed to the development of international strategy of the Association of Charity Christian Medical Christiana Craiova, increase the capacity to operate at European level, the establishment of partnerships with health units in Europe in creating new apprenticeships Europe, helping to improve quality of education and training Postliceala provided by School Health "Christiana", diversification and attractive educational offer, adaptation to the specific formation of the European labor market and even facilitating employment of graduates from partner health facilities. The impact on local and regional level, by increasing the quality of training of nurses and promoting new types of learning, contribute to increasing the capacity of the VET system to adapt training to the needs of the qualifications required by employers in health and increasing insertion of the graduates on the national and European labor market.
