The project entitled "Quality trening for seamless integration on the European labor market" addresses students in technical and vocational education.This project targets students in 11th grades, from all of our school qualifications, and supports the quality development of the professional training from our school, with local, regional, national and European level impact. One of the school’s priorities stipulated in the Institution’s Development Plan is to have quality training at European standards and to revive and strengthen the vocational education system. Through our proposed transnational motilities we want our future high school graduates to be trained properly to easily integrate on the European labor market.We refer to students from 11th grade, professional education, because it is their final year before employment and from the 11th grades high school, because it is the year for basic professional training.The project’s goal is quality professional training in technical and professional education quality by performing a 3 week practical training through transnational mobility, in a specialized German center, recognized at European level.Project’s objectives:O1.Professional competences and practical skills development in the participants’ training area for easy integration on the European labor market and training of qualified personnel for the industry.O2.Increase the motilities’ volume with learning goals and learning outcomes recognition by obtaining Europass Mobility certificates.O3.Personal development through transnational mobility and development of communication skills in foreign languages.The project runs over 2 school years. The participants are 80 pupils, divided into 4 fluxes. Each flux has 2 groups of 10 participants from the same qualification. The referred qualifications of the project are: Low Voltage Operation Electrician, level 3 of qualification; Electrical Installations Technician, Telecommunications Technician and Automation Technician, level 4 of qualification.For each participant there will be prepared a Learning Agreement which will contain participant’s data (for under age participants the guardian’s data), information about the sending and receiving organizations, time and duration of mobility, participant’s qualification, knowledge, skills and competencies gained.The Learning Agreement of each participant from the suitable flux will describe the learning activities, tasks to be solved, results and evaluation procedure, assessment instruments used and the evaluator.Learning activities, which will be specified in the agreement, are content in the specialized modules programs from the Practical Training Stages. These activities are determined by agreement between representatives of the 2 partner training institutions.Expected project results are:-quality knowledge, skills and professional competencies of participants -improving communication skills in a foreign language for participants-personal development and knowledge broaden for the participants -visible improved behavior and increased the participants’ confidence.The mobility’s learning outcomes will be in the Europass Mobility certificate. At the stage’s end, after the assessment, the sending institution will issue the Europass Mobility certificate, the receiving institution will validate it and it will be handed to the participant.The results obtained during the mobility will be validated and recognized by the beneficiary institution.The obtained certificates are: Europass Mobility certificate, internship participation certificates issued by the partner organizations LAB GmbH or ZAW GmbH and Wisamar GmbH.Project’s quality management will be measured by: the quality of the learning activities, the project’s quality execution (meeting the objectives and project’s goal) and through the impact indicators (participants’ long-term success in the labor market and the institution’s added value by the project’s execution).Through this project, participants acquire basic skills important for the European labor market. In this way pupils will have training at European standards with impact on labor market productivity growth and on raising living standards in Europe. They will become outstanding citizens of a united Europe, actively contributing to develop the European dimension. The combined effect of several international projects conducted at the school level, will impact the education and training system in the school, thus stimulating new activities, attracting new resources for mobility opportunities in Europe.
