PROJECT CONTEXT Emilio Jimeno High School is in Calatayud (Zaragoza) and its educational offer includes ESO, Bachillerato, FPB and different media and Higher Grades and has since 2007 the certificate ISO 9001: 2008. Tuition for the course 2014/15 a total of 819 students and 83 teachers .Developing numerous educational program as bilingualism in English, enhancement of foreign languages in English and French and several programs Erasmus plus. The project "Training and school management des a European approach" has been designed keeping in mind the European Development Plan. It has been detected the following training needs of teachers: a) Improve the qualification of non-specialist teachers in foreign languages to allow progressively acquiring the necessary language skills to express themselves in another language. b) Empowerment Program in Foreign Languages French assumed that the central medium-term bet on request authorization to implement the Bilingual Program in French at the stage of ESO. c) Adoption of new knowledge and school management techniques to improve the internal management of the center. NUMBER AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS Teachers beneficiary: 6 The profile of the participants are high school teachers and teaching staff with responsibility IES Emilio Jimeno with training deficiencies that will be evaluated according to the scale laid down in the selection process. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES 3 organization structured courses are expected: a) Course "Talking to people: a language and culture course for teachers". Sleeps: 3 b) Course in French "Course of intensive français" organized by Easy Languages ​​in Brussels (Belgium). Sleeps: 2 c) Course in English "Shool Management" organized by Edukarjala in Joensuu (Finland). Sleeps: 1 TIMING July and August 2016 and 2017 METHODOLOGY In the three courses methodology teamwork is performed. Different contents will work in small group classes with different teachers of different nationalities who communicate in English or French, depending on the course. At the end of each course various documentation will be prepared and precise guidelines for direct use in the classroom will be given. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF EXPECTED RESULTS AND IMPACT The results and expected impact of the project implementation is: A) Short-term A.1) In participants a) Acquisition of new communication skills, increased European consciousness. b) Including new arrangement aspects to manage our organitation. c) Application of the methods and content acquired in each of the training by including in each educational programming next year. A.2) In the IES Emilio Jimeno a) Improving teacher training and integration into the curriculum of methods, strategies and content of each of the training activities b) Diversification in complementary activities carried out in the center. B) Long term B.1) In participants a) help design individual learning plan for each participant. b) Encourage when participating in future European projects within the Erasmus Programme plus. c) Consolidating school management aspectos incluiding as short term goals considered useful after their setting. B.2.) In the IES Emilio Jimeno a) Establish a training plan development in the medium and long term for all teachers in the center. b) Build on the information obtained in the execution of this project to exploit synergies with other actions plus the Erasmus program being developed in the center. c) promote and disseminate the different actions under the Erasmus program plus. POSSIBLE LONG TERM BENEFITS With the planned actions you want to meet the needs manifested in the European Development Plan and achieve long-term IES Emilio Jimeno can be also fluent in French. Currently we are developing a KA2 Asocaciones School for the first time and want to consolidate such actions in the future through new projects.
