The project borns in the need that ours students have to open theirs mind in a global sense. They can not sit waiting for a job to come at theirs doorstep. The idea is to provide practical experience in their professions in another European country. Germany is a powerhouse in Europe then it can be very interesting to visit that country to improve practical skills in the professional field, on the education system and the working system of the host country, as well as the social and linguistic competence. We are going to choose 15 students of our IT an electrical engeniering programs in a IT activity and 15 automotive and electricity students in an activity to help them to build an electric car. The activities will be developed so that students learn about working conditions abroad, and can get new ideas and develop them even better. Become familiar with the companies working (structure and organization), meet quality nomas and learn about health and safety at work. Students must make every effort to achieve program objectives and quality control. They also have to follow the program and instructions of personnel accompanying the students. Upon completion of the training program we will evaluate the professional and personal development of participants and the recipient organization Europass issue certificates to participants, certificates of employment agencies and certificates of Vitalis. We hope this project will serve to raise expectations of students when seeking employment and have a more global vision of Europe. It would be a tremendous success to make a small contribution in order to lower the level of youth unemployment, since the moment we met, Spain need to remove the slab of unemployment.
