EUROPEAN TRAINING: Teaching Entrepreneurship in Schools: Experiential approach CONTEXT The Malaga HUELIN Secondary Education Institute is a bilingual school, ICT provision, Basic Training in Information and Communications and experienced in participation in European programs. These characteristics pose constant and demanding challenges in maintaining quality levels to ensure continuous improvement in language, teaching, internationalization and now entrepreneurship courses. ACTIVITIES AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS With this philosophy of improvement is proposed in this project as mobility of teacher training: Skupina First Course in Ljubljana (Slovenia) lasting five days posed learning participants practically on product development and business modeling in order to experience how to teach basics of entrepreneurship. Two participants from the areas of economics at school and Informatics in vocational training are proposed. EXPECTED RESULTS AND IMPACT Some of the skills as learning outcomes expected to be acquired by the participants are: * Enrichment methodology to introduce entrepreneurship and skills acquired by students strategies. * Creating guides activities to bring students to the professional reality expanding the dissemination of work done with new media and creating alliances with partner companies with the teaching of vocational training. * Improved foreign language * Increased opportunities for professional development and career LONG TERM BENEFITS Integration of these skills acquired in the classroom and in the center, and how the dissemination of the same benefit at all levels, the following improvements are proposed: * Willingness to try new techniques learned transmit the educational community that shares with participants the same groups of students and use them as a whole and unified manner for students. * Our institute will like these acquired knowledge will be reflected in the activities proposed in draft KA2 school partnerships which will reinforce the European dimension to our management team wants to give our institute. * Through the dissemination plan colleagues know the benefits of an experience like this, and may take some new ideas and materials, both in high school classes and basic vocational training. In short, particularly appreciates that these activities promote an atmosphere in the group of teachers that encourages and motivates the center to a more modern and dynamic professional environment, good educational willing to integrate new teaching methods and practices in everyday activities, while integrating professional development of teachers and objectives towards growing the center.
