The present project with the title Training/Innovation / Learning - Strengthen the European dimension of education, arises under the Erasmus + Learning Mobility of Individuals Programme for school education and aims to contribute to the academic success of students as well as to the prevention of absenteeism and dropouts and to the promotion of an inclusive and globalized school by enhancing the professional skills of its staff. The specific objectives of this project consist in: - increasing the quality, diversity and innovation of methods and strategies for teaching in general and, more particularly, related to new ICT, in order to make these arise as working tools to motivate and prepare students for the future in a personal, formative and pro-European perspective; - improving the communication and foreign language teaching in innovative ways, enabling learning, intercultural understanding; - deepening the social and civic competences, in order to improve social and cultural inclusion and personal development; - the sharing of experiences related to the field of special educational needs, to ensure equal opportunities and a better inclusion. - improving the European dimension of the educational project; - In enhancing participation in European projects. These objectives are fully in line with the objectives of the educational project of the school grouping, aiming thereby to contribute to students staying in school, through the diversification of methods and teaching strategies in a perspective / approach to develop skills that facilitate the learning process in all its aspects. These objectives should also enable innovation and exchange of good practices, as well as awareness about strategic policies in accordance with the European guidelines on education. It is in this context that this project includes proposals for mobility training in the areas of development of creative thinking, innovative teaching practices, ICT, creative foreign language teaching ( English and French )and the preparation of Erasmus+ projects, among others. Are planned 25 mobility actions, in which participants are 20 teachers of various levels of education (preschool education, 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles and special education) and from different disciplines involved in educational projects and with communication skills. Teachers in mobility in the 2nd and 3rd cycles includes, language area, special education needs and expressions (visual education). The non-teaching technical staff includes two school psychologists, with functions and scope of intervention in the area of psychology, vocational guidance and career development, training and consultancy and one administrative technical assistants with public service functions. The methodologies used in the implementation of the project consist in its dissemination in pedagogical council, and later in curricular departments, in the evaluation of the profile of the candidates and their suitability for the chosen formation, in the negotiation between the Management Board and the applicant in order to justify the decision, and the preparation and submission of the application. Support will be given to each participant individually or in small groups when necessary, meetings will also be scheduled (after project approval and quarterly by the end of the project) for English language preparation and training. For the expected impact, is expected to increase professional skills, the ability to change by modernizing and interculturalism, innovation and diversification of activities in the pedagogical relationship, motivation and job satisfaction, greater responsiveness to social diversity , linguistic and cultural, with potential benefits in the medium and long term, through the activities that were to develop and knowledge that will be transmitted and disseminated to others teachers and staff , through meetings or training cascade for sustainability of project. We believe that improving the organizational environment, through motivation in professional practice it will enhance the students' interest in school and encourage the implementation of new projects based on greater European awareness.
