- Project context . This project is part of the European and International Plan of Development posed by IES Hozgarganta , a secondary and VET school located in a rural and disadvantaged area, Campo de Gibraltar ( Cádiz) , to promote the European dimension across the entire educational community, and broaden horizons to the end users through several mobilities designed to respond to identified needs, which are: - Moderate international dimension of the School, specially in VET. - Levels of professional competence for new graduates less competitive at European and international level . - Personal and social skills to be improved. - Low employability in the regional and national geographic environment . - Models of management traineeships in business without contrast . Number and profile of participants. 20 mobilities are planned to be held over the two-year-life of the project, for students of the 2nd year, recent graduates of VET of the two programmes taught at our School, and teachers in observation period, from both Professional Families that have a high degree of concern for the development of new innovative projects, so that they can all improve the quality of their teaching . They will preferably be teachers with final permanet possition in the center for added durability of impacts on school life . Description of activities . Mobilities 8 for students ( 4) alumni ( 4)former studentes frome th Forest Works and Conservation of Natural Environment Program, 3 months duration, to be shared between the two years of the project (4 to Italy, 2 to Finland and 2 to Bulgaria ) . 8 other mobilities , of equal duration , type and destinations will be held for 8 students or alumni from the Administrative Management Program . Finally , 4 more mobilities for teachers of any of Professional Family are planned , 15 -day observation periods (Job Shadowing ) , 2 in Italy, 1 in Finland and 1 in Bulgaria. Methodology for carrying out the project. Once approved, a process of nominations among the potential participantS will be opened through a committee established for this purpose to make the final selection . The Erasmus + Coordinator will perform the duties of management and coordination of mobility, along with members of the ATF so designated , once the participants had been selected , implementing a protocol for mobility lass to achieve the project objectives. Once implemented the mobilities , some evaluation and control documents will be used for feedback of the EDP, which will be reviewed annually for approval by the competent bodies. Results and Impact . The results are expected to increase skills in: - Knowledge of a professional reality , within the corresponding , more innovative sector. - Knowledge of different management models and business practices in Europe. - Increased language proficiency . - Promotion of European and international dimension in personal and workplace. Regarding the impact , we can differentiate three types of impact : Impact on the Participants, in the institution and in the target audience , which will focus primarily on : - Increase their skills and employability. - Developing the European Dimension in education , which permeate the whole VET school. - Acquisition , deepening or improving certain personal and social skills that are developed in international and multicultural environments. Long-term benefits . Continuous and sustainable development of Internationalization Plan , new international projects , allowing the participation of teachers and students in strategic partnerships, increased employability of students , and further development in professional , personal and social skills is intended to all members of the educational community , and the development of the European dimension in education.
