The FUTURE Project aims to create conditions for common planning and cooperation between the partners from both sides of the border related with the social welfare issues of young people, their development as complete and responsible citizens with European values for tolerance and with active public participation. The project envisages active involvement of all stakeholders - not only in the process of preparation and planning, but also in the actual application and implementation of policies, programmes and plans. Reaching an agreement on one of the most significant social subjects – the welfare of young people, is a complicated and long process of researching opportunities, their development, adaptation to the specific conditions, evaluation of the application andanalysis of benefits. Expected Results: improvement of the capacity of the local authorities and their partners for mutual planning and execution of mutual activities, creation and application of adequate policies towards the youth in a region where borders fade, people become more mobile all the time, and the necessity for sharing common values – a required guarantee for positive neighbouring, development of mutual, widely applicable, working models, that have a strong positive impact on the formation of personality – sport, culture, environment, social deeds, etc, creation of real material conditions and prerequisites, as a sustainable approach for mutual actions for the future implementation of specific shared initiatives and programmes, formation of faith and optimism that the small populated areas can give big personalities to the world, and that this depends on all, who live, work and create their future together.
