For Successful Youth

The European Training "For Successful Youth " will take place from 20th to 29th of May in Ia?i, Romania. The main purpose of this training is to train 22 youth leaders to be able to act concretely in combating unemployment, marginalization and social exclusion and to promote the active participation of young people in the communities of origin and at European level. The represented countries are: Azerbaidjan, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Denmark, Rep. of Moldova, Romania, Turkey, and Ukraine.The objectives of the project are: motivating and preparing the participants as active citizens in acting for qualification, employment and involvement in the society of unemployed youngsters, fosterage the process of becoming aware and responsible in approaching the unemployment and social exclusion phenomenon, training the participants as resource persons prepared to disseminate the information received at the training within the communities of origin and at European level, creating an non formal and intercultural learning environment to facilitate the fosterage of future partnerships, projects and actions of social cohesion at mass level.The training will use methods of non formal education such as workshops, brainstorming, free discussions, role-playing games, debates, energizers, ice-breakings. Participants will benefit in their learning process by a Proffessional Training Kit and will receive promotional and informative materials as a support for their future development and involvement as active European citizens. At the end of the activities, it will be realised a Presentation Movie "For Successful Youth" to diseminate its results.
