For our organization it has been always emphasized to train and support the youth and we searched similar organizations with the same mission. The two main goals are to promote the societal integration and improve the healthy way of life including doing sports. The participants who are partly disabled, for their sport programs we would like to integrate deaf and handicapped ones as well. They can get a lot of experience which will help them to actively take part in society and they can get ideas how to work out and live in the European Union and its possibilities. We have considered the following factors in the selection: - age, participants aged from 16- 30 - genders, proportionately 50-50% - choose underprivileged participants as well To achieve the results we have planned the project carefully and we will assess the special needs of participants, give them guidance and help their preparation. With the help of the programs the participants will gain new knowledge and competences in the field of non-formal learning and these will help their later work and studies as well. Intercultural issues will also be presented in the programs and it will help the participants to be more open and tolerant with others and other nations. Young people with different backgrounds can hand over their experience and the various situations can help them to have liberality. After the acquired skills and competences they will get a personalized Youthpass certificate. During the programs trained colleagues will help in the process and follow the participants developments and how they will use the gained experience in practice. If any of the programs is not satisfying then there is a way to change some parts of it in a slightly way. Another goal is to seek new collaborations and we are planning to communicate the results of the project widely. We have planned to appear in the local press and online as well in order to reach other youth organizations and young people to promote the efficient results of the project and motivate them to take part in similar programs. We support our colleagues and their experience to improve their professional skills and we are planning to have exchanges of the acquired trainings.
