Football without violence

"Football without violence" is a youth exchange that took place in Cordoba, Spain, from 10 to 19 November 2015. This project has involved 24 young people between 18 and 30 from Portugal, Romania, France and Spain . In addition to them, 8 people over 18 who acted as guides and leaders of each of the groups participated. This project came about through the Córdoba CF Foundation intends to expand its horizons and the formation of people who are involved in the structure of the organization and continuation of the first project approved in the previous call. The main function of the foundation as well as a sporting role is a social role, which is working to unite children regardless of their social status. The Foundation believes that football is one of the main sources of entertainment in the country and in Europe in particular. It has detected a continuing problem with the violence that is generated both outside and around football stadiums and therefore decided to launch a project to address this important issue. For all this, based on the analysis of the current situation regarding football and the (positive and negative) values ​​we face on it, and thus activities were carried out, know what things should be enhanced and what things should be discarded for staging. The project also focused on violence, a scourge today in the world of football and, at all levels will fight to try to exterminate and more violent events will not occur. Therefore, the Foundation echoed what society demands, and wants to implement this exchange as a starting point in the search for methods to eradicate violence in football. In carrying out these activities are carried out a methodology that prevailed peer learning, interactive and constructive discussions, presentations related to new technologies, simulation games and dramatization and of course, creativity is prefaced as the basis of all and each of the activities. Besides direct observations on the training sessions that took place in the foundation during the season and the methods used by the technical staff were conducted. It featured professional football team, which the Foundation (technical equipment directive), who conducted lectures on the sport of soccer professionally belongs. Also, a session of the Federation of Referees that initiated a campaign without violence in football stadiums in the province of Cordoba witnessed. With all this, the results obtained were related to greater autonomy and self-confidence in participants and was achieved that this project would serve as a basis for the implementation of future projects, both participating partners like any other European partner or non-European. Besides this, once the project is completed have been conducted various workshops that have exploited the results and other young people have been able to draw conclusions and make new contributions to those already made. Finally say that this project has been a starting point for future projects Erasmus + with one or more of the organizations that participated in the meeting. It has worked on the idea of ​​future projects both Key 1 and Key 2 Erasmus + for presentation at future calls.
