Physical activity, including regular participation in sports and other types of outdoor activities, is one of the most effective ways to preserve physical and mental health to combat overweight and obesity and to prevent related health problems. In addition, participation in sports and physical activity also bring other benefits, such as maintaining interpersonal contacts and social inclusion. Project activities are designed to promote sport and physical activity in a creative way, emphasizing integration and intercultural dimension of integration. Sport is perfect opportunity because it brings a lot of values is the basic mechanism of educating young people and shaping positive attitudes and behavior. All activities contain element of non-formal education, strengthening intercultural interaction through self- learning and action. During nine days of activities there will be sport competition organized for local community, each country will organize a day of football of his country, we will organize educational trip to the Sports Museum in Warsaw and visit the National Stadium as an example of the development of sport infrastructure in Poland. The project will be attended by 48 young people from four EU countries. The last day there will be Sports Day organized for the local community. There will be sports games, contests such as bouncing the ball on time, juggling the ball, dribbling. We will also discuss ways of active life, good practices and other issues related to healthy life style.
