"Football and sport values" is a youth exchange celebrated in Cordoba, Spain from 21 to 29 April 2015. This project has involved 24 young people between 18 and 30 from Italy, Sweden and Spain. We also offer you accompanied 6 people over 18 who have served as leaders in each of the groups. This project start because Córdoba CF Foundation wanted to expand its horizons and the formation of the people who are involved in the structure of the organization. The primary function of the Foundation, as well as a sports paper, is a social role. With projects like this (or our projects), it´s try to work with all groups, including children of each of them, irrespective of their social status. Today football is a world leader in terms of monitoring and number of people who practice it. Therefore, the foundation has organized this first event of projects Erasmus + to study the values ​​and attitudes that are fostered in football today. During the project we have studied the methods that all of the association involved have in the work with children and equality. We has tried to draw conclusions about the positive values ​​that exist in the various sports and activities that develop every association in their country. Each of the associations has provided experience and the values ​​they are working to educate children. For this, based on the analysis of the current situation regarding football and the (positive and negative) values ​​that we have on it and thus know what things must be promoted and that things must be discarded for the childrens. For the execution of these activities it is carried out a methodology that prevailed peer learning, interactive and constructive discussions, presentations related to new technologies, simulation and role-playing games and of course, taking creativity as the basis of each and each of the activities. Besides direct observations on training sessions that take place in the Foundation during the season and the methods used by the technical staff. The featured professional football team that have in the foundation (technical equipment directive) to make a conference. The conference were about the professional level in the football and we studied their relationship with the sport at the level of childhood. The results obtained are related to greater autonomy and self-confidence in the participants and also has managed to become a good practice internationally. After the meeting (exchange), every association made some conferences with other young and other NGO to expand the result and the conclusion of the event.
