Up to five teachers are to take part in the project, especially those who have not yet taken part in an Erasmus+ project .Participants are expected to take part regularly in the courses offered by the project partners.We expect to increase the quality of teaching by improving the language skills, by getting to know new learning skills and teaching methods and by devoloping cultural awareness and intercultural competence. Therefore we intend to send up to five teachers ,who teach modern foreign languages at a secondary school, abroad.Improving your language skills and gaining new skills and methods which are relevant for teaching increase your job satisfaction and help to motivate students by more varied lessons.The opportunity to develop and raise teachers' awareness of European cultures is gained through a stay in a country of the EU and meeting people from other European countries. By cooperating with teachers from different European countries the participants from our school get the chance to find partners for international projects, e.g. a school exchange, which our school is interested in. So students will have the chance to get impressions of another European country, its culture, customs etc.The development of cultural awareness and intercultural competence seem indispensable for the integration of the growing number of foreign students at our school.
