The described project aims to increase the internationalization and motivation of colleagues to take part in European teacher trainings and exchanges on topics according to the schools development plan and is based on the former initializing EU-project in 2014. Therefore, the school wants to motivate the staff by giving support while planning and realizing international mobility activities and to enable them to give this support to other colleagues and students who want to take part in international exchanges, too. Concerning the contents of the teacher training courses, the colleagues enrol for, the school wants to cover a wide range of topics according to the schools development plan to multiply them in school afterwards. During the next two years eleven colleagues will take part in different courses in the UK and in Austria, e.g. to increase methodical competences, to develop communication and social skills especially for difficult learners and students with special educational needs or to find out more about the possibilities to use new technologies in classes. Besides the possibility to enhance the personal profession of our teachers, the school wants to strengthen its profile according to the topic internationalization.
