Secondary Colleges of Vocational Education in Bavaria are preparing for their new curriculum, "Lehrplan Plus", which is particularly focussing on the acquired competences of students. We want to gain a European perspective on curriculum development and are therefore sending three teachers to do job shadowing at our partner schools in Portugal, Finland and the Netherlands. We are hoping to gain valuable pedagogical input for the process of multiplication and training which will deal with our new curriculum. We are also sending a teacher to do a course in ICT in order to be able to instruct other members of staff.It is our aim to further encourage members of our staff to participate in European projects and to pass on European values to our students.
